Terms of Service

Relay is a relational intelligence platform for organizing people, context, notes, communications, tasks, groups, and calendars. You are responsible for your account, your workspace content, and your use of connected services.

You must use Relay lawfully, respect other people, and only upload or sync information you have the right to use. Do not use Relay to harass, spam, surveil, impersonate, exploit, or violate anyone's privacy or legal rights.

You retain ownership of the content and relationship data you add to Relay. You grant Relay permission to host, process, transmit, display, and analyze that content as needed to provide and improve the user-facing service.

If you connect a third-party service such as Google, you authorize Relay to access and use that service's data according to the permissions you grant, this agreement, and the Relay Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for keeping your login methods secure and for activities under your account. Organization administrators may manage organization workspaces, members, settings, integrations, and data according to their role.

Relay is evolving quickly. We may add, change, suspend, or remove features, integrations, limits, or pricing. We will try to avoid disrupting important workflows and will provide notice when changes materially affect your use of the service.

Relay may integrate with Google, email providers, calendars, payment processors, AI providers, enrichment providers, and other services. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and policies. Relay is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

Relay is provided as-is and as available. We do not promise that Relay will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every particular purpose. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Relay disclaims implied warranties and limits liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You may stop using Relay at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk for Relay or other users, or use Relay in a way that could cause legal or security harm. Where appropriate, you may request export or deletion of your data.
